The beaches are fenced and there is an entry fee during open hours. Can be used for free before and after these hours. Visitors can take their own drinks/snacks, or these can be purchased at the place.

• Wine Terrace 10 min walk uphill from us with affordable gourmet dishes and excellent choices of wine from the Balaton region. Beautiful full panorama  
• Tóth Vendéglő with traditional Hungarian food is 500 metre walking distance down the hill 
• Bisztro 71 has excellent pizzas, burgers and local dishes on their menu

• Molo Cukraszda is welcoming you with home made icecreams, sweets, cakes and coffee specialities

• The Farmer’s (Flea/Antique) Market in Káptalantóti is a must for visitors in the area, every Saturday and Sunday, year round.
• Tapolca is known for its cave lake, watermill, cafés, restaurants and shopping.
• Balatonfüred with its classicist architecture and atmosphere, fine dining and healing mineral waters, cafés, promenade is one of the most popular resorts around lake Balaton.
• Tihany penninsula with the Benedictine Abbey (founded 1055 AD), the museum, the famous Tihany echo, abundance of cafés and restaurants make a nice half-day/day tour from our Guesthouse.
• Veszprém & Keszthely with abundance of sights and activities are worth a visit.
• Badacsony is famed for its family-run vineyards, restaurants and magnificent views from the top of the hill, a short trip from Kolos Villa
• The castle ruins of Szigliget, Sümeg & Rezi make a nice day tour.
